Risks Content
Risks covered Expenses for repair, change or replacement of defects found during insurance period, as well as expenses for damages resulting from insured objects due to design defects, re-launch expenses in case of launch failure.
Pollution(Contamination) Pollution damages caused as a result of the direct damage of the signed-up ship, losses or damages to ships due to actions by government authorities
General Average and Rescue Contractual rescue fee, any rescue costs, and ship's share amount of joint sea damage
Collision liabilities Loss or damage, delay and loss of property in other ships or other ships and loss of profit, joint sea damage, any rescue or contractual rescue
Liabilities of shipbuilder Liabilities for personnel and property, salvage of wrecked ship, dismantling and removal costs, evacuation and unloading costs for stowaways and refugees, additional costs for shipboard epidemics, penalty and costs for liability defense
Sue and labor Costs incurred by reasonable measures to prevent or mitigate damages that are subject to compensation
