Limit of Liability

Passenger ship and cruise ship operating at sea level

Per person: KRW 250 to 500 million / Per accident: limit per person X passenger capacity (max. US$400 million)

Plying boat

Per person: KRW 100 million to 200 million / Per accident: limit per person X passenger capacity (max. KRW 10 billion)

Cruise ship

Per person: KRW 150 to 300 million / Per accident: limit per person X passenger capacity (max. US$300 million)

The rate will be set in accordance with the type of vessel, capacity, limit of liability, and terms and conditions.
